Grant of license. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the current version (1.x) of Qytravo Pro on a single Windows PC, including all updates released within the 1.x major version series.

What is permitted. You may:

Transfer. You may transfer your license to another machine up to three (3) times within any rolling twelve-month period. Excessive transfer attempts may require manual review and approval by our support team.

Activation. The Software requires a valid license key to operate. The license key is bound to your machine's hardware fingerprint. You must not share your license key with any third party.

3. Intellectual property

The Software, including all copies, modifications, enhancements, and derivative works thereof, and all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Qytravo and its licensors. This Agreement does not convey any ownership interest in or to the Software. All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by Qytravo.

The Qytravo name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are trademarks of Qytravo and may not be used without our prior written consent.

You agree to use the Software only for its intended purpose of optimizing network routing for online games. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

5. Anti-cheat disclaimer

Qytravo modifies network routing at the operating system level to reduce latency. It does not modify, inject into, or interact with game files, game memory, or game processes in any way. Qytravo does not alter gameplay mechanics, provide unfair advantages, or interact with anti-cheat systems.

Despite this, some anti-cheat software may flag network-level modifications. Use of Qytravo is at your own discretion. We recommend testing with the free trial before purchasing to verify compatibility with your specific games and system configuration. We are not responsible for any account restrictions imposed by game publishers.

6. Free trial

The free trial provides full functionality of Qytravo Pro for three (3) days. No payment information is collected during the trial. At the end of the trial period, the Software will require a valid license key to continue functioning. We may limit free trial usage to one per machine.

7. Refund policy

Eligibility. You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date if Qytravo does not work on your system.

How to request. To request a refund, send an email to support@qytravo.store from the email address used at the time of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue you experienced.

Processing. Refund requests are typically processed within three (3) business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Effect on license. Upon refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated. You must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Exceptions. Refund requests made more than seven (7) days after purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that we reasonably believe are being requested in bad faith.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any oral or written information, advice, or representation not expressly set forth in this Agreement. Your use of the Software is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Qytravo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, including but not limited to:

Cap on liability. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Software or this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the purchase price of the Software, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qytravo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

11. Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Software shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Qytravo with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the Software. If any conflict exists between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, this Agreement shall prevail with respect to the subject matter hereof.

14. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Software after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
